I've been training with Josie since November 2021, and haven't looked back since. Her approach to personal training is realistic and achievable. Josie always makes sure to explain the reason of an exercise and how it benefits the body. This makes her training very effective because it gave me alot of intrinsic value than getting fit for the sake of losing weight. Her humour is always a plus. Amazing trainer.
