Lovely experience
I had a recurring shoulder injury and churned through 6 or so professionals without any progress. After meeting Harley and getting to know him a little bit I took a leap of faith - exercise physiology seemed far fetched for something i thought would be fixed by massage or physiotherapy. I have never experienced results and recovery faster. A scientific approach with a clear expert understand of the human body fixed my shoulder. If you value your health, don't leave it to chance. Harley is one of the best trainers I have ever had. He pushes you to your limits and beyond. Positive endorphins get released after every single one of his workouts. Could not recommend a better trainer
Harley has been a life-saver. Before I started with Harley, I was experiencing daily lower back pain but now, because of Harley's individualised treatment program, my pain is manageable and I have conquered my fear of movement. Harley is professional, dedicated and a genuinely great person to be around. 10/10 thanks Harley.
