I had to report them for billing fraud with my insurance - staff is a mess. Really sucked post-partum when I needed medication but had to deal with their incompetence. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND.
Great providers but billing department and phone lines are an absolute mess. Billing department will process charges without notifying patient of amounts or timelines. Often the phone line is either not ringing or offline completely whereas other days it magically works. Most of the time when calling another POC or phone number is provided. Extremely frustrating!
I should have listened to the other reviews and trusted my intuition. I called for an appointment for my son. It took 5 calls to speak to someone. They have an answering service that screens their calls. We made the appointment and was accepted into the practice. My son did tele med which worked well for him. There was never any follow up. If he sent messages they were not answered. He messaged his provider and she still hasn't responded, it was 3 months ago! The billing department is a mess also. Good therapists but absolutely horrible customer service. Impossible to get in touch with billing, customer support, etc. (the things that make a business successful) and when you finally do reach them they either have no idea what you’re talking about or they’re rude. Often I’d just get redirected to a random call center that didn’t know what they were talking about. Bummer.
The providers are wonderful. There doesn’t appear to be a traditional Admin/office structure which can be annoying. However, the care is great, easy to schedule appt, easy to reach providers, and love that they take insurance.
