Scott and his team did an amazing job finding me a smaller bank with a cheap rate. I am now saving over 1000 per month and couldn't be happier with the service and communication from Healthy Financial Services and the new bank. Took a bit longer due to the demand of applications and being a smaller bank but once your in it has been worth it. This was also communicated by Scott at the start of the process. Great job and I will continue with HFS going forward to always have my loans checked and measured against other lenders.

Hands down the best Mortgage broker I’ve dealt with. Doesn’t waste time, very calm, knowledgeable, polite and efficient. They go out of their way to get you the best deals possible, even negotiating with the banks to get my interest rates cut. I’d be lost without them.
