Office does not return calls. Called 3x and left messages. No return calls. Makes no effort to schedule. Don't waste your time.
Don't ever be late to your appt due to a family member passing. You'll be met by an uncompassionate lazy social worker who is just there just to collect a paycheck. Who tells you that appt cancels after 10 minutes late thats why you need to call ahead and then just walks off. This place is a joke and so was Anick.
Very happy with the care I’ve been receiving.
Good environment welcoming and accessible. Care and ease is how I felt entering and leaving.
