Made an appointment took off work I called and they said my appointment was cancelled they never called me or anything .Very unprofessional ! It took five years to respond to. This is crazy now we know how serious you take your customers!

Be aware of their billing personal Lynn. She is painfully unprofessional and disrespectful to clients when things dont go her way. Words to the wise...be on your P's and Q's when it comes to your insurance coverage and co-pays because she will try every which way to screw you! Hector Carrillo on the other hand is amazing and was helpful in every way he possibly could.
