I have been seeing both Dr Amy, as well as Jaimie prenatal and post partum! They were AMAZING. Jaime saw me for pelvic floor physio, and helped immensely with my pelvic floor pain and no more peeing my pants (YAY!). Post partum support was amazing as well in getting me back to baseline. I can't recommend Jaime enough! I saw her for a pelvic floor assessment when I was 36 weeks + 4 days pregnant, and I went into labour and welcomed my baby boy at exactly 37 weeks. One of the biggest things Jaime gave me was confidence. She took the time to teach me how to push effectively and explained everything in a way that made me feel prepared instead of nervous. Mary Mitton is the best physiotherapist I’ve ever had! I have a complex condition and I’m still in the process of getting a formal diagnosis. Mary has been SO patient and compassionate along the way.
