Patsy from the reception desk is always welcoming & pleasant to interact with. The new staff Bri while doing the initial eye test is very nice & thorough in explaining every step. Nina is very helpful in choosing our eyeglass & checking our insurance coverage. And last but not the least Dr. Cerni is so lovely, & I can feel that she establishes good rapport with her patients. Both my husband & I are certainly please with the overall friendly service & will gladly recommend.
