Do yourself a favor and sign up for this class (or multiple classes). We participated in the Bowls Around the World cooking class and it was such a fun experience. Even though the group was large, we were able to split up into five groups to focus on five distinct recipes which were then handed out to everyone in smaller sample sizes at the end. We have taken two classes with Healthy Eats and we could not recommend them higher! Not only are the recipes absolutely delicious every single time, the environment of the classes is fun, engaging, you meet new people and get to learn new skills in the kitchen. Will definitely be back! Worth every penny!
Everyone was super nice and helpful! The food was absolutely DIVINE. I went to the Thai 1 class and there was spring rolls, kale and rice salad, pad Thai, mango coconut rice pudding, red curry, and Tom Kha soup. The pad Thai, rice pudding, and red curry were my favorite! Everything was vegan, but super good! Will be returning for another class!
Such a fun class to take. Learned how to make many tasty and healthy dishes.
