I had a great experience with a team from Healthy Duct today. I am a new homeowner and I wanted to get my ducts cleaned after moving in. They were punctual, polite, professional, and performed quality work. They are NADCA certified and took care to explain how what they were doing was in alignment with those rules. I had gotten an over-the-phone quote from another highly reviewed duct cleaning company who said they could come out the next week, while Healthy Duct told me that they wanted to do a (free) site evaluation before giving me a quote, but that they were booked up for over another month. The entire job was done so quickly that there’s no way it was a thorough cleaning. It seemed like they wanted to finish as fast as possible rather than doing quality work.
The technician spent more time on the phone than actually cleaning. It didn’t feel like they took the job seriously at all. Very unprofessional and frustrating.
