I'm a professional organizer in the Boston area. I found Healthy Ducts while working with a client who had a mold infestation throughout her home. Everyone on their staff is highly professional and responsive. In the free consultation, they provided quality information that not only informed how we approached the ducts but the entire HVAC system. They care about what they do and the difference they make in people's homes and man, do they deliver! I'd give them six stars if I could.

John and Berk came to our house for a duct cleaning service and we couldn't be happier with the experience. They performed extremely high quality work and I truly appreciate their honesty in assessing that only one of our two systems needed cleaning. I was home with my two young kids while they were there and I felt very comfortable with their presence in my home. We had Healthy Duct Services clean two HVAC systems in our home. The customer service was excellent — the technicians were on time, respectful, and clearly explained the work they were doing. That said, we feel we were significantly overcharged. The total cost was over $5,000 for what turned out to be fairly routine duct cleaning.
