Smita was thorough in cleaning and did so in a way that it didn't bother my sensitive teeth. She also gave helpful advice on how to brush more effectively. Dr. Yale explained his observations and suggestions really clearly and listened to my questions. Also, everybody was really friendly!
Poor experience! I’ve been coming here for several years, and while they are often behind schedule, they usually apologize for the delays, and I’ve been understanding. However, during my most recent visit, I was running late and called ahead. The receptionist assured me it would not be an issue. After driving an hour to get there, the hygienist informed me that she would have to significantly reduce her time with me.
