OMG They saved my son’s life! He had been in PAIN for 2 WEEKS but they was able to give me the next availability/emergency appointment after I explained what was his situation. So we went to today & the images we saw was SHOCKING! So she had to pull his tooth out which SAVED my baby from being in pain so much! She was very very gentle, talked thru the whole numbing process & he didn’t even move or jumped! Dental assistant extremely rude and excessively rough while doing an impression. After snatching suction tool out of my hand she hooked it to my cheek and slightly split my lip causing it to bleed. She also rushed then poked me in my lip with a tool. After that she mistakingly hit my upper lip with her finger. She said “ohhhh” but did not say sorry. I was SHOCKED. Very painful. Hopefully this never happens to a child.
My experience at Healthly Dental has been wonderful. Everyone there is professional and treats you very well. It doesn’t take long to get appointments and the Dentist is great. You are given options for your care and the dentist talks to you about these options. Had to change my dentist of over 30 years went to another dentist that I did not like, then I found Healthy Dental and could not be happier!!!
Don’t recommend at ALL. Was supposed to have cleanings every 3 months. COVERED BY INSURANCE. Receptionist argued with me about scheduling. Scheduled me 6 MONTHS out upon my return I was told they won’t do my routine cleaning because I NOW need a scaling. Which was already done 6 MONTHS ago. NOW they refuse my routine cleanings unless I do the scaling that my insurance won’t approve because I just had one 6 months ago. They told me they would send in X-rays and appeal it.
