Please don’t go here they take your money and mess you teeth
Literally the worst place of best. I came about moments before my appointment still sat about 20 min waiting. Once you have been greeted to come to the back you’re still not seen, just checked in on while the “ doctor “ still doing a fill in on another client. I left after being in their office for over hour nothing done. How bout this terrible location take in considering other people’s time and day. This was by far the worst experience I’ve had at this clinic. The dentist who attended to me was extremely unprofessional. She did not bother to introduce herself, rushed through my cleaning without care, and completely failed to provide any explanation afterward. I had to go find her myself just to ask about the condition of my teeth, which is unacceptable. My past visits here were good, but this one was a huge disappointment. Patients deserve respect, clear communication, and proper care, none of which I received today.
This is my second visit at healthy Dental and I experience such wonderful customer service from Ashley. My experience is so wonderful. She explained my treatment plan very well.
The staff here ,especially Ms. Minor has always been friendly and take good care of me and my children.Ashley at the front desk has always been accommodating and nice. She always finds a way to figure out how she can help instead of just saying “there’s nothing available”. Customer service is very important and it makes a difference.
