Greg and his team are fantastic!!! I bought a beautiful home but after moving in realized the odor that I thought was from the previous owners dog was much more. We spent thousands of dollars on Our HVAC and cleaning the ductwork. The odor and humidity did not improve. Was recommended to Greg by a friend who had Healthy Crawl Spaces encapsulate his foundation Greg did a project for me in Savannah, foundation had minimal height of 18", dug the area out, seled all vents and completed the job within a week. I have been doing high end residential design build construction for 30 years. Greg is reliable, thorough and professional. The home was constructed in the mid 1800's. We rebuilt the foundation brick walls and Greg followed with hi encapsulation and it was a truly amazing transformation. I will recommend his services for any of my future projects and anyone I know who is embarking upon a renovation/restoration.
Greg provided an excellent detailed estimate. The crew was very efficient and cleaned up around the house everyday. The job was completed exactly as Greg had described. In short the work was excellent. We obtained estimates from other larger companies which included cheaper materials (20 mil vs Greg’s 90 mil liner). The other estimates were much higher and in some cases double what Greg charged. We are completely satisfied.
