What a difference, not just to the crawl space, but to the house! Less humidity, so much more comfortable, wood floors no longer “cupping.” Greg and the crew at Healthy Crawlspace did a phenomenal job!

Greg’s team did an excellent job of cleaning up debris, installing new sub pump, installing new dehumidifiers, and lining the crawl space. Built new doors for entrances. Project finished ahead of schedule and on budget. I would recommend them for your crawl space needs.

The heavy duty dehumidifier with the Govee App home humidity monitor is amazing for tracking temperature and humidity levels in the home and crawlspace via cellphone. The yearly maintenance plan provides peace of mind in maintaining the excellent quality of the encapsulation and preventing any moisture problems.
I was very concerned about a recurring mold issue and priced several companies who specialize in encapsulation work. Greg was not only well priced but more importantly was responsive to every text and phone call to his personal cell number. I value the ability to engage with the service provider and Greg was super. Not one question went unanswered and every contact was received by him with respect and promptness. Five stars is inadequate to judge my satisfaction. I would recommend Healthy Crawlspace to everyone.
