I found Bill's methods of counseling enlightening. So much so that the issue has never come back! His willingness to work through issues without looking at the clock is refreshing, too. I found that his articles on his website were thoughtful, well written and very insightful. I enjoy reading any of his work because I always find something new that helps me with a difficult person.
