I juat struck out at a gym which was on the list of participating locations with my employer. They had no idea what I was talking about. The gym called the helpdesk at Healthy Contributions and they were closed for the day. It was too late to fimd a cubicle dweller. Healthy Contributions is sort of a discount club, like GoodRx now- and my employer used to pay for our gym visits. I went in thinking it was still worth doing, without new red tape, disappointments and headaches. I used to get real perks.
As An Aging Individual, I Can Appreciate Everything Being Presented.
They pay minimal money to the gym. Take a percentage on top on that. Worst scam ever. Insurances pay 3-4x the amount to doctors and hospitals. BUT for your gym membership they pay a fraction. They want us unhealthy for a reason.
