Staff are very helpful, knowledgeable and caring. I have been under Rick’s supervision for my exercise program for a couple of years now and feel very comfortable and confident to continue independent exercise and gym programs.
Mandy is excellent. She uses just the right amount of pressure and seems to really understand the physiology of the body. I would say she is one of the best masseures I've had over the years.
I have had regular weekly sessions with senior Exercise Physiologist Renee, who is a wonderfully proactive therapist who does regular assessments to be able to monitor the improvements she aims to achieve, and keeps track of the various methods she will try (based on the client and their problems, combined with their abilities and support base).
