Amazing psychologists, lovely reception team, easy to contact and organise appointments, calm environment. Very thankful for what I received from my appointments.
They rang me to do a consultation months ago, getting me to open up about my trauma which can be quite upsetting as it is - but obviously necessary to get the right psychologist. The issue is that I have received no further contact from them and have essentially been ghosted after opening up about my said trauma. I expected a wait due to lack of availability but to have no further communication regarding this is very poor.
