When Kamran was working, this pharmacy was absolutely the best and we never had any major issues. But after Kamran stopped working, it became the worst pharmacy. They sent the wrong medication for my parents several times, even though my father had just recovered from heart surgery and they needed to be very careful. Every month we had to call them many times, and even then they wouldn’t give proper answers. Eventually, I had no choice but to switch to a different pharmacy. Don’t ever choose this pharmacy
Don't try to use the remedy RX app to refill your medications even though that's the label that's on the pill bottles. Because it won't work but you will have no idea that it won't work until your medication just doesn't show up. Also I would love to know why bother having a phone if you don't answer it or check the voicemail? Can't even leave a message. I called numerous times for the last 4 days and finally today somebody answered, promise me that my medication would be delivered today and then nobody showed up. Obviously ... read more
I have been using this pharmacy for years and until yesterday it was a very polite nice place. Saturday I had a rare appointment on the weekend. When I got my prescription filled the young female pharmacist was very very rude and very unprofessional. When I asked her a question she couldn't even bother to respond or when I said thank you...nothing. I will be thinking about changing my medication to another pharmacy tomorrow.. Terrible absolutely Terrible young lady..I will be calling the regular pharmacy guys tomorrow!!!
Terrible experience. I came in with a 42°C fever and fluid + blood coming from my ear, and they made me sit in the waiting room for over 30 minutes like it was nothing. When I finally got seen, the doctor barely looked at me and spent most of the time on his phone probably using ChatGPT to Google symptoms or something. He just handed me a prescription for an ear infection and sent me off. No proper exam, no urgency, nothing. There was even a sign in the room bragging about how they "use AI to help diagnose."
