I don't know why I keep going back here. Convenience? But the staff's unprofessional and rude behavior, disorganization and lack of compassion far outweighs the benefit of convenience. I will be finding another provider for my family.

Love the staff just don’t love that when you ask them to take out your second insurance and only charge 1 insurance they say there is no way to remove the insurance. Iv called 10 other doctor offices to see if insurance can be removed. They all tell me yes with no problems. When I say this office says they can not remove it the other offices tell me that seems like a scam or insurance fraud. They also charge insurances even if that person is not on it at all. Great practice with sincere staff! There aren't a lot of options in the Montgomery City area so to find a place that treats you like family is quite refreshing. Londa treats her patients and staff like you would expect her to treat her own family. Thank you for your care.

My first appointment with Dr. Swoboda, very impressed, extremely thorough, no city corporation doctor will ever give you the care or attention like Dr. Swoboda does. I hope she will keep me as her forever patient
