Dr. Svetic is an outstanding neurologist. Unfortunately, the majority of her staff are rude and unaccommodating. I needed a simple answer on something, but was no longer an active patient when I called. Upon asking how I become an active patient again and how far out their scheduling for new patient appointments - I was met with unnecessary condescension, roadblocks, and no real answers. Health Brain?? Not for me. I tried to be a patient here today (Tue 30 Jul) but not one person behind the desk had any interest in helping me. Three women behind the desk and nobody sitting in the waiting area, I thought I had a good chance to sign up as a new patient. One woman asked if she could help me. I said YES, I need a doctor bad! Dr Svetic has worked tirelessly to help decrease my migraines. She is always willing to look for something different to try if they flare up.
I love Dr Svetic. She is the most knowledgeable doctor. She honestly cares and has a wonderful bedside manner.
