Sophie at the Bailey office was phenomenal. She listened well, created a great plan, and got me stronger to protect my knee and freed me from my discomfort! Incredible! She was a great encourager and so so kind. Everyone at the office is so upbeat and inviting. I’m both sad and glad at the same time to be graduated. Thank you Healthy Body PT!
Sophie is amazing! She helped me dramatically improve my range of motion and get back to my "normal" after I fractured my shoulder in January. She is so kind & personable & her expertise is impressive. Definitely recommend!
I have been going to Sophie Zimmerman for Physical Therapy for a pulled hamstring for the past couple months. Trust me, Sophie is the real deal! She was spot on with the stretching and strength exercises. Some days I left there feeling like I worked out at the gym. Sophie is professional yet warm. She knows what she’s doing, and leaves you with all the tools for following thru on your own. I’m proof…. Back playing Pickleball but not until I’ve completed my warmup before play!
Sophie Zimmerman has been my physical therapist through three long term injuries that all required surgery. She has been the most dedicated, encouraging, and kindest PT that I ever could’ve asked for these past two years. There is no one I’d recommend more than her because she is by far the best.
Dr. Sophie is amazing. So nice to work with. Patient, thorough and pushes me when I need it. Works well with my limits. I have come a long way because of her. Very accommodating when I unexpectedly need to change an appointment.
