Sophie is amazing!! She is one of the main reasons I was able to complete my first half marathon. She spent the time to get to know my personal goals and issues. It’s amazing how much I’ve learned about my body and I’m finally pain free while running:)
Sophie Zimmerman is a combination of a very knowledgeable and warm personality therapist. She guided me through exercises to make sure I did them right and our sessions always started with a wonderful massage. She fixed my shoulder pain and I now think of her as a friend.

Many years ago I began Physical Therapy (PT) after I hurt my back.The PT was very primitive with just a few exercises from a thin book. Fast forward to present day. In addition to lower back pain I have Scoliosis with my spine causing me to lean far to the left and forward. I’m unable to stand up straight.
