I just had my first cranial sacral therapy a few hours ago. At the moment I am pretty much pain free. It’s a very strange feeling. It’s gentle and I am very relaxed. My typical massage, I prefer really deep, or I cannot feel it and it’s a waste of my time as well as money. If anyone out there cannot tolerate massage but needs the benefits of one, this is your next treatment try. Highly recommend. I’ve had acupuncture at the Port Charlotte, Sandhill Healing, and both locations and practitioners are great.
Dr. Karen is an exceptional acupuncture physician. Her compassion sets her apart, making each treatment a comforting and healing experience. The effectiveness of her treatments is unparalleled - she truly has a gift for healing. - totally recommend-oh and she loves dogies too and they some times make therapeutic visits to the office!!!
