Four months ago, I ordered several products from Mongolia for my seriously ill mother. The items I ordered still haven't arrived. I have tried to get in touch numerous times, and I am very frustrated. Who should I contact?:((((((((
They don't answer emails or phone calls. I paid a couple of hundred dollars for their products and they never shipped and they won't respond
Do not order online. I ordered a product from their website on 1/24/2025. When it had not shipped as of 1/29, I emailed them that day to inquire about it. No response. I called and left a voicemail on 2/2 and followed up with another email. No response. I got an automated text message after calling their number on 2/3 and replied to that but received no response. Do not buy from this company. I placed an order for supplements for $600 value and not only my order never arrived but they do not respond to any of my calls or emails and they have charged my credit card .
I ordered a supplement a month ago and it has not shipped. I have not received any information from the company as to when it might ship or any communication at all. I have emailed twice, submitted a contact form request AND reached out on Instagram in the last two weeks, but there has been no response. I'm incredibly frustrated and feel like this is a fraudulent business. I will be reporting this to my credit card company and the BBB.
