I ordered a supplement a month ago and it has not shipped. I have not received any information from the company as to when it might ship or any communication at all. I have emailed twice, submitted a contact form request AND reached out on Instagram in the last two weeks, but there has been no response. I'm incredibly frustrated and feel like this is a fraudulent business. I will be reporting this to my credit card company and the BBB.
DO NOT order Supplements or anything online from this company. After multiple attempts to contact them about shipping information for a product I paid for, no response. I have sent them 2 to 3 emails, and their phone number automatically sends you to a voicemail. I am suspicious if this is a fraudulent company. I am now having to dispute charges with my bank and will have to wait even longer to get supplements that I need. Just go somewhere else. Don’t order from them. I placed my order, never got it, called, they claimed it would sent, still never received.
Would not recommend buying anything online from them. It’s been 7 days since I bought product online with no contact if it’s shipped. I have called 4 times and left a message because no one ever answers, emailed 2 times with no response.
I placed an order for supplements through Healthy Beings but, unfortunately, never received the products. After repeated follow-ups, I did receive a full refund. However, due to the significant delay and lack of communication regarding the delivery, I cannot recommend ordering from this company at this time. I would strongly suggest they reconsider listing items on their website unless they can guarantee prompt and reliable fulfillment.
