Do not order online. I ordered a product from their website on 1/24/2025. When it had not shipped as of 1/29, I emailed them that day to inquire about it. No response. I called and left a voicemail on 2/2 and followed up with another email. No response. I got an automated text message after calling their number on 2/3 and replied to that but received no response. Do not buy from this company. I placed an order for supplements for $600 value and not only my order never arrived but they do not respond to any of my calls or emails and they have charged my credit card .
I ordered a supplement a month ago and it has not shipped. I have not received any information from the company as to when it might ship or any communication at all. I have emailed twice, submitted a contact form request AND reached out on Instagram in the last two weeks, but there has been no response. I'm incredibly frustrated and feel like this is a fraudulent business. I will be reporting this to my credit card company and the BBB.
DO NOT order Supplements or anything online from this company. After multiple attempts to contact them about shipping information for a product I paid for, no response. I have sent them 2 to 3 emails, and their phone number automatically sends you to a voicemail. I am suspicious if this is a fraudulent company. I am now having to dispute charges with my bank and will have to wait even longer to get supplements that I need. Just go somewhere else.
