Beware of this place — they’ve become completely money-hungry. I prepaid and booked a one-hour service, but when I arrived for my appointment, they suddenly tried to charge me an extra $70. I immediately asked for a refund and canceled the service. To make matters worse, when I asked to speak with the manager, I was told she was "too busy." I used to be a regular customer here, but after this experience, I will never return. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional. BEWARE
Horrible customer service. I will not be going back. I booked and prepaid for a one-hour massage, but when I arrived, they tried to charge me extra. I requested a refund before the appointment even began. Totally unprofessional — never again!
best massage ever been there twice and the experience was wonderful, Coco is the best ask for her when you go there
