I had what I thought was a leaking problem that came up from my basement floor. The leak only happened every couple of weeks. It was a big mystery to me where the water came from. Jason came out and spot the problem within a few minutes. It turned out that the leak came from my water softener when it recharged at night. The water didn't drain properly and shot out from the hose and left puddles on the basement floor. Jason said I'm the 3rd customer that had the same problem.
