Ive seen Mariana a couple of times now and she is really good! She helps you understand whats causing your issue, gives you preventative exercises, even strapping if needed and also gives you tips on how to prevent the problems in the first place. Highly recommended.
Had my first lymphatic drainage massage today. Atchara explained everything so I understood how it worked, and I feel much better already.
