The young ladies are very nice and friendly. The older lady, Lilly, is very nice also but seemed uncomfortable with me. I am Black, and it seemed as if it was the first time that she had encountered a Black person. She assumed that I lived in the east end (the lower-income area) of Wasaga Beach without asking me. Given that I arrived in a 2024 Cadillac Escalade and was well dressed in designer clothes, I couldn't understand why that assumption was made. Was not satisfied with the lactation consultants advice. Left feeling like I had more questions then I went in with. But all the staff was friendly. The LC seemed very knowledgeable, but just didn't help me personally, felt rushed and dismissed... This is my only interaction with the clinic, so I can't rate for the clinic as a whole.
