Hi, I have been with this Dr. Office for a long time, but when the move to the new place and Office it has gone down hill you can not get a phone call through they do not answer your call at all, My Dr in Greenville sent them paperwork for me to have some test did ,this was November 5,2024 I still have not received our got a phone call from them, I need this test done, it's my health that they are playing with, it doesn't take this long to get a Dr appointment they are to slow, need to find a new Dr.
Initially went 4 wrist Injury about a yr ago after being told they were a good urgent care & faster than ER. Was met w/ receptionist (Jasmine) who was & is extremely helpful,kind & professional. The nurse was as well. Met Dr Paul Weiland & from the start came in with such a great personality & calmness that he made you feel really comfortable & could tell he was very knowledgeable as well. Dr. Weiland and Courtney are great
It's at the Dreams location. If going for new hire, just go in and say that. The receptionist was very helpful. The experience, for the reason I was there, was a smooth process. It's just extra trying to locate Healthworx when it has a different business name.
