Great value family-owned gym. A hidden gem!!!
Great gym, and friendly staff especially Rachael who does the Zumba class at 10am on tuesday mornings. Would definitely recommend trying this class out she is a great instructor and does fun dances
I've been going here for years, but had to cancel my membership because I'm moving away. I filled in the contact form on their website, expecting to need to come in, call, or otherwise fight to cancel the membership. I was delighted at how easy it was and how helpful their staff were, who had everything organised before responding a few days later. I've been a member at a few gyms before, and the staff here are the most helpful I've encountered. On top of that, it's just a great, well-equipped gym!
