Rooms and common area was outdated, I saw Dr Raeed Khan whos room smelt of BO, he didn't introduce himself or say anything when I walked in, he just sat there and stared at me until I explained what I needed. I asked for a pathology request slip which took him 20 minutes to type up and print for me which realistically shouldn't take that long. Long wait times (forty minutes at the minimum to an hour and a half at most for me so far). Changed doctors several times due to a high turnover rate and not notified that a GP has left. Years ago the receptionists were quite rude, but now they're way friendlier which is good to see.
Reception staff are all nice and friendly some go over and beyond to help. Had a few GPs but finally have a awesome doctor that is very thorough with investigating. Won't go to another practice

Healthworks has some good doctors, but also some very poor ones. It seems they will employ whoever they can get. Dr Mashair Adam managed to miss that my pregnant wife was suffering from pneumonia despite examining her lungs. When we got to see our regular doctor a few days later he said that it was a textbook case of pneumonia and very easy to hear.
