Friendly receptionists , unlike some other clinics.
Healthworks has some good doctors, but also some very poor ones. It seems they will employ whoever they can get. Dr Mashair Adam managed to miss that my pregnant wife was suffering from pneumonia despite examining her lungs. When we got to see our regular doctor a few days later he said that it was a textbook case of pneumonia and very easy to hear. I shouldn’t be apologizing for your wait times. Don’t overbook so I’m waiting near two hours and then give me attitude! I was polite about having to leave, I shouldn’t get told off for not having 3 hours free in the middle of a weekday.
I have found Dr Joydip to be very helpful and friendly. He takes time to explore and explain the diagnosis and treatment.
