Long wait times (forty minutes at the minimum to an hour and a half at most for me so far). Changed doctors several times due to a high turnover rate and not notified that a GP has left. Years ago the receptionists were quite rude, but now they're way friendlier which is good to see.
Reception staff are all nice and friendly some go over and beyond to help. Had a few GPs but finally have a awesome doctor that is very thorough with investigating. Won't go to another practice

Healthworks has some good doctors, but also some very poor ones. It seems they will employ whoever they can get. Dr Mashair Adam managed to miss that my pregnant wife was suffering from pneumonia despite examining her lungs. When we got to see our regular doctor a few days later he said that it was a textbook case of pneumonia and very easy to hear. I shouldn’t be apologizing for your wait times. Don’t overbook so I’m waiting near two hours and then give me attitude! I was polite about having to leave, I shouldn’t get told off for not having 3 hours free in the middle of a weekday.
