I'm a caretaker for an elderly couple at my church. I took them to Eaton Rapids Medical Center for an appointment. It was an early appointment for them, so we struggled but got there 14 minutes late (I checked when we got to the counter). The cutoff for being late is 15 minutes. The receptionists told us we were too late, but that they would call the doctor to see if we could be seen anyway. Lady at the front desk could use more training. I came in and she just kept repeatedly asking me what im here for as im telling her im waiting with someone and just sitting down. Didn't ask any other questions. She walks over ina rude tone and is like "does that person have an appointment?" Im like "yes" in an irritated tone cuz what? I get im black and youre trying to figure out who but maybe ask who im here with? Im literally answering your questions. I love Tetyana Williams, she’s very caring, thorough and proactive with any health concerns Ive needed referrals for. She also helped me get my mental health back on track with referring me to the right place for testing. Thank you
