I’m a 50 plus year old professional painter as I have gotten older my backpain ,sciatica has traveled from my left ankle all the Way up my leg to my neck , my forearms and wrist’s are in a state of this pain as I use them everyday it has increased each year starting in my early 40’s until this year !
