No complaints. Professional service from Dr Wong and supporting staff for same-day gastroscopy and colonoscopy procedures.
Anesthetist Dr Tay was really on the point, left no mark on my hand after the administration of anesthetics. Dr May Wong was also good, I had nothing than a very minor sore throat after my endoscopy. This humble practice allows you to have procedures done by experienced doctors at a much cheaper price than established private hospitals.
I was anxious to do the scope but everyone was so kind and professional. They made the experience so smooth and I woke up didn't feel a thing. Dr Tady came and spoke to me after and was super friendly. Thank you Dr Tady Kordian, the anaesthetist who also helped calm my anxiety about it and the nurses and team. The clinic is super clean and professional also.
Dr. Tady Kordian was excellent. No issues post procedure. Explained my diagnosis clearly and had no issues with my asking questions. A pleasure to deal with. Staff at Healthwoods were also very friendly and accommodating.
Trust me go elsewhere when you haven’t eaten in almost 2 days my husband was booked for 10.30 waited hours before he went in you think you pay $800 for a private procedure and yet you have to wait over 4hours to be seen absolutely disgusting and unprofessional again go elsewhere
