Had my first appointment with a Healthwise therapist. Everything seemed to go very well. We both agreed we were a good fit. She made two more appointments for in the future. The next day I get an e-mail saying the future appointments are cancelled along with junk referrals. I've learned this is a common practice of these clinics. I’ve been in and out of therapy since I was a child. I’ve spent countless years of my life in various places and no one has even come close to this one. My experience with HealthWise Behavioral Health and Wellness has been nothing short of amazing! I have been through many therapists throughout my adult life and never quite seemed to be able to find a therapist that was the right fit for me. I saw a therapist here (Kelly S.) who was incompetent, reckless, and did lasting damage. She has no business working in some of her listed "specialties" and I am appalled to see she is still working as a therapist. I suggest avoiding this practice.
