I was visiting Markham from BC a couple weeks back and my cousin dragged me to her early morning class at Fit Body Boot Camp, and honestly I'm so glad she did. The trainers kept the energy incredibly high the whole hour, especially during the last circuit when everyone was pushing each other to finish strong. As someone who usually just hits a hotel gym when travelling, the full setup here, the turf, the equipment, the layout, genuinely impressed me. I'd seriously consider planning my next Ontario trip around their schedule.
Having Marry Liougas join the team at Healthwinds has been a wonderful addition! My first session with Marry was in March because I was experiencing TMJ which I’d never had before. Marry was so welcoming and explained what was going on and why the pain was so persistent.
