My mother has been a patient at Healthway Medical Clinic since around 2019, and at her very first visit, she saw Dr. Arshad Mahmood. Our family feels extremely fortunate that she is under his care. Dr. Mahmood is one of the kindest, most thoughtful doctors we have encountered in a very long time. He truly listens—not just hearing her words, but understanding her concerns. It is very very very difficult to make an appointment by phone. I have called many times and each time I have been on hold for more than half an hour, no one answered, and the music was always blaring. I don't believe the receptionist is busy.
Worst service EVER. Called to make an appt. to speak with Dr. Kahn. Was told I'd get a call June 9th between 12-1pm. NEVER got the call. I called back a week later AGAIN, waited on hold 20 minutes, no one ever picked up. I requested the callback option, NEVER got the call back. The automated message says you can book an appt. online for faster service. Made an account, pressed book appointment, brings me to the next screen saying there's NO appointments available to choose from. They don't even pretend to care or answer the ... read more
