Here's my tip... find somewhere else to shop. Ordered SCRIP that I NEEDED... on Dec 15-2012. Just received email message today that my order had shipped. TOO bad... TOO sad... I needed the scrip and had to pick it up at my local pharmacy! You can't complain about the service from HealthWarehouse because there WASN'T any. If you need something in a timely fashion... shop elsewhere or suffer.

Took much too long; customer service dismal – Would not order again. It took too long. Ordered online and sent in first time prescription as required so that they received it 2 days later (Delivery Confirmation). When I emailed 7 days later, they gave no response (ever). Called at day 8 and held for 15 mins. before hanging up. Called at day 9 and held for 20 mins. and spoke to someone who told me it should be mailed out that day or the next. Company is run by Monkeys! – My first review written is dedicated to the piece of dog crap company called HealthWarehouse. I placed a simple 2 item order for $20 and needed my items within a week. They offered free 2-7 day shipping which fit my schedule perfectly. One week went by and no package. Two weeks and still nothing!! At this point I was furious. This warehouse stole my refill and won't fill it don't trust – This warehouse charged my credit card before verifying they could fill my prescription at all. They did not communicate effectively and let me know what they were doing. They took my refill from Midwest City OK Target Store for my pain medication, charged my credit card for 270 tablets but were filling my order with 120 tablets, over charging me. HealthWarehouse is AWESOME!!! – Healthwarehouse is one of the best things in my life. I have diabetes and need several medications each month--healthwarehouse has been a life saviour. They deliver all my medications right to my house and they charge the lowest price of anywhere ive been. I have actually become very dependent on HealthWarehouse and really dont understnd how I handled life before I found them!

What a great business – I order all my medicine from Healthwarehouse. It is so convienant because everything is delivered right to my house when I need it. Their prices are also great so I end up saving on my medication. I usually order right on their website but they also have a number you can call and place your orders. I would highly recommend Healthwarehouse to anyone who is always making trips to their local pharmacy.
