I had a thorough foot exam by Sheldon. Details mattered because although I had good orthotics, arthritis and a bunion in one foot was making walking a real issue. The end result was that I needed new shoes fitted by a foot professional. Sheldon took the time needed to get the right shoes and the right fit for my needs. I walked out in sneakers that let me walk comfortably again. I’ll be going back to the Truro store again.
Sheldon was attentive, thorough, and kind. He did not try and upsell but listened to my needs. I would highly recommend, great experience!
