Dr Robert ..just prescribed the blood work requisition but never follow up with the patient and refused to review the result of the blood work with the patient. Just said not accepted that patient who has been already seen and prescribed the BT requisition . So ridiculous ! Don’t worry! Dr, we are also not accept such irresponsible doctor as family physician. So irresponsible and unprofessional physican . Never come back to see him at this clinic !
Something has gone terribly wrong with this clinic. The administration seem to have no care about running this place. The main phone still has holiday messages playing from last December. The working hours posted on site means nothing! They were closed Monday, Tuesday and today Friday when I called them!!! The operating hours on their site and business pages shows sat-sunday closed. The worst care or moreso lack thereof that I’ve received in my life. I want to preface by saying I understand how the healthcare system has been operating for years now—but we shouldn’t have to compromise to a point where 2 and a half months go by after receiving a diagnosis that “leads to cancer” without the follow up phone call or new patient attachment forms promised by Dr. Nasrin Maiter at my initial appointment.
