Dr Parrot is very professional and dedicated. Always available and concerned about my wellbeing. I feel fortunate to have him as my physician.
I wish to commend the front desk staff and Dr.Lam for their wonderful care! Even at very busy times they are very helpful and kind. As someone with complex medical issues Dr. Lam is committed helping me work through them. He has literally saved my life! Thank you everyone.
You have one job... to take care of your patients!! You are impossible to reach via phone, closed on weekends, fail to report test results within a reasonable time because doctors are often working from home or unavailable, and when they do see you, they don't order obvious tests... forcing people to visit the emergency hospital care several times... Find another clinic... one that understands duty of care!
