Alexandra (Alex) was so awesome! I haven’t seen a doctor in many years due to not having health insurance so I was very nervous going in for my first appointment today. Alex was extremely personable and got me started on anxiety meds immediately, which was necessary and long overdue. She was easy to talk to and helped me to feel comfortable. Very warm reception when I entered, receptionist was very helpful, Dr. Yun' assistant was on point and the doctor was phenomenal with my needs.
Brittany was kind and very knowledgeable. I so appreciated her knowledge and expertise, but most importantly her “bedside manner” was top-notch.
The detailed explanation and consultation about the test was really great.
Extremely professional from the receptionist to the physician's staff. My former PCP has been ill so the nursing staff has picked up my medical needs. With time & understanding I have my medical needs met.
