Good for exercise and be fit
Now called One Life Fitness. Been a member for 8 years. Gym is very clean, well equipped and staff are awesome. Jessica at the desk is amazing. She remembers everyone's name and greets clients so warmly.
Changed to ACAC which Changed Out Life Fitness Treadmills to another type which was not favorable to Me Walking On Shorter and Arms Shorter to Hold onto. More Machines Life Fitness used to Removed from Fitness Floor with another variation with harder Resistance making more difficult for Me to Use, Changed Work Out Section to a Timed Session instead of Your Preferred Time on Machines Certain Section.
