Pay for the pool on weekends...pool is used by kids classes. This was months ago, and had to stop paying be cause jacuzzi was under construction, and also couldn't even use half the pool or 1 lane during classes. Have tried to call last 3 days, each time, rings and rings, no answer. Stop paying this place to screw you.
I have been a member of Healthtrax on and off for years. The staff is extremely nice and the group classes and instructors are great. I have also trained with a few personal trainers there throughout the years. However, I will say the physical condition of the facility needs some serious work. I try to always be positive, but I can't lie either, this place is literally disgusting to say the least. The mens showers are dirty and moldy. The carpet is filthy, and the locker doors are falling off and someone is going to get hurt. Most of the shower heads are broken. For those of you too scared to say anything I did it for you.
I’ve been a member of Healthtrax Enfield for years, and unfortunately the condition of the facility has noticeably declined. The women’s sauna has been out of service for over six weeks, and this is not the first time. Members waited years after COVID for it to reopen, only to continue dealing with recurring closures.
