Staff is very friendly, Yoga classes are very good, equipment is pretty good, pool water quality is poor, chlorine is too strong and it's smell travels throughout the facility. My wife complains of headaches from the chlorine smell while working on the stationary bikes and treadmills located on the opposite side of the building. She experiences this both in the summer and winter months when the pool is covered. Men's locker room showers, sinks, lockers, etc. are ok BUT the carpet is nasty, stinks to high heaven. Was a member for over a year. Was unhappy with equipment maintenance. There were only 6 elliptical machines and at any given time one or two would be broken. The others would seem to need greasing since there would be squeaking and uneven resistance. Since this was the most expensive gym in the area, I was quite unhappy with the poor up keep.

I am a new Yoga student and just wanted to say that Val, the Sunday morning Yoga instructor is excellent! He is wonderful with the class and truly wants us all to do well to get the most benefit out of his teachings, and Yoga itself. Val is very patient, calming, and reassuring, and he's right there to help any student with adjustments . I cannot say enough great things about Val and his Yoga class =) Signed: Sheila

I was amazed to see everything they offered at a resonable price. racquetball, basketball, indoor/outdoor pool, youth activity center, and everything you can ask for in fitness equipment. The facilty is extremely clean and the staff are wonderfull. The atmosphere is so different than a typical gym. Very non threatening and well spaced out.
