FIVE STARS for Healthtrax Fitness & Wellness in North Raleigh! I love walking every day and getting a basic workout, but the weather isn’t always cooperative — from brutal summers to rain or snow. Amazing group classes
My children and I consistently feel targeted and unsafe, in spite of this facility offering family memberships and claiming to be family inclusive. Other older members have accused us of using the pool without permission, have verbally accosted and yelled at my very small kids, and manager Chris seems to support this notion and poor behavior from other members without checking both app and paper signups, or checking with his front desk staff or own gym policies.
