One of the things I really appreciate about Healthtrax is how much the staff genuinely cares about the members. The "Lose to Win Challenge" was a great motivator for me and for the other members. It gave us goals to work toward and a reason to keep encouraging each other. Ana at the front desk made it even more special by keeping track of each team’s progress and putting together a fun celebration for everyone. Was a member for years decided to try another place planning on coming back in year or so. The manager , think Sandy's husband was such a jerk filling out termination paperwork will never go back. Not even a thank you for being long time member.
