I LOVE Healthtrax. I came into it kind of kicking and screaming because there’s a million other things I would rather be doing other than exercising and working out. I came only because my doctor recommended it and I want to stay healthy especially as I am getting older. One of the reasons I enjoy Healthtrax so much is because of my personal trainer, Amanda. Healthtrax is a great place to exercise with friendly employees who are willing to help with any or all questions about how you can get physically fit and they have a basketball court and other facilities for elderly people who need exercise.

John’s Zumba classes are amazing! His positive energy is infectious, the playlist is great and it was honestly a really good workout! I love how this gym is more low key than others in the area but actually has the best energy.
