I’m a health care provider and Healthtrax promised me over and over that my patients would not be turned over to a bill collector. Well guess what, the bill collectors sent notices! I am infuriated and upset over the lies this company told. “In network.” “Your patient won’t get a bill.” “We never turn patients over to collections.”
If you go to Carbon Health urgent care make sure they don’t use this place! They don’t get tests back to you in a timely manner and you cannot communicate with them whatsoever. STAY AWAY
Saturday December 6, 2025 received a bill of $738.91 for a pneumonia panel lab test. This is from an urgent care visit from December 4, 2025. First off, I still have never received any results from this pneumonia panel. Second, I have health insurance and paid my co-pay at the visit Finally, when reaching out to my health insurance, the EOB states that my insurance paid 738.91 then why am I receiving this bill? This is unethical and unprofessional. I demand an answer on why this bill was sent to me
I went to my Primary Care Doctor. They collected my urine and said they sent it to some labs. I later got a bill for $631 with the adjustment to the final amount of about $486. And I got the invoice and then the phone call from them to ask for my birthdate and name and other private information for them to discuss about the bill???? Let me put it this way, you sent me the bill and I will be happy to pay it (and probably will be the last time.
