Same experience as everyone else. Received a bill for lab services for $125 and they never even submitted it to my insurance. Attorney general needs to go after this place for fraud. Update: I have sent you two emails asking for a call back. Still waiting…
I'm getting billed $150 for a simple lab test. And they make it difficult to even pay.
$125 charge for a urinalysis (with insurance) is ridiculous!
Received a random bill for $633 for some lab test for bronchitis/bronchiolitis/pneumonia. I’ve never needed to test for any of those and for them to send me a bill 10 months later from apparent date of service is ridiculous. I didn’t even get my “results” for this apparent bronchitis lab test. Not one single blood work or chest X-ray was performed on me to be tested for bronchitis. Who are you and why does everyone say you’re a crummy company?
