Received a random bill for $633 for some lab test for bronchitis/bronchiolitis/pneumonia. I’ve never needed to test for any of those and for them to send me a bill 10 months later from apparent date of service is ridiculous. I didn’t even get my “results” for this apparent bronchitis lab test. Not one single blood work or chest X-ray was performed on me to be tested for bronchitis. Who are you and why does everyone say you’re a crummy company?
Took 4 days to receive lab results that were supposed to be ready in 24 hours. Still costed $290 and appeals were denied. Another joke in the laugh track of the American Healthcare Industry.
It took me four months to pay a bill. My insurance had processed it a week after it was posted and it was a nightmare dealing with this company. Everything is Outsourced
This company makes lives healthier faster, by testing labs samples and getting next day results! So awesome!
Horrible company. Had a cold and needed a Covid test. Got one from my Doctor, and unfortunately it was sent to this company. Every other time I needed a Covid test it went to quest and cost me $16. Healthtrakrx came back with a bill for $125. I called my doctor, and he said that was also astronomical and suggested calling healthtrack as it must be a mistake. Called, and the billing department was completely unhelpful. Will NEVER let any of my tests be sent to this scam again.
