Saturday December 6, 2025 received a bill of $738.91 for a pneumonia panel lab test. This is from an urgent care visit from December 4, 2025. First off, I still have never received any results from this pneumonia panel. Second, I have health insurance and paid my co-pay at the visit Finally, when reaching out to my health insurance, the EOB states that my insurance paid 738.91 then why am I receiving this bill? This is unethical and unprofessional. I demand an answer on why this bill was sent to me

I went to my Primary Care Doctor. They collected my urine and said they sent it to some labs. I later got a bill for $631 with the adjustment to the final amount of about $486. And I got the invoice and then the phone call from them to ask for my birthdate and name and other private information for them to discuss about the bill???? Let me put it this way, you sent me the bill and I will be happy to pay it (and probably will be the last time. An absolute scam.. a couple scammers periodically show up at the office with what appears to be very interesting (but I can't claim to be illegal) transactions outside of the camera range of their office.. if the owner would like to respond, all they has to do is look at cameras of the employees going out to multiple cars, dozens of times.. they are not breaks because they go out every 20 minutes.
