Clinical staff is great, other staff is kind and tries to be helpful, but I am not convinced that there are enough of them to adequately serve the numbers of clients that require assistance. Communication has been awful, but I understand that the technology this survey is using is supposed to be better. This was my first visit I am changing from my former Doctor to doctor Howard moving forward. I am a 71 year old athlete Dr Howard understands athletes he is one himself. The staff was excellent and has already working on my future plans to continue training. I came in with an injury Dr Howard gave me an immediate referral I already have appointment scheduled to get the injury repaired so I can get back to my training thanks to Dr. Howard, and his staff.
