I don't have the unit yet, so I can't speak about it. The people I spoke with were very professional. If you have Medicare and you take a lot of pills or vitamins like I do I think it's a great idea.
Doctor was on time and addressed all issues.
The Hero device assists me greatly by doling out my meds twice daily. At the preset times it fills a cup in its base with pills, and sends me reminders on my phone to take them. Healthtopia follows up with me on regular interviews to both ensure my device is working, and that I’m not experiencing any medical problems. On top of that, they are available 24 x 7 to answer any questions I may have, and to assist me with any problems.
