This has to be one of the most ridiculous clinics I've ever tried to visit. No where in there site nor emails in regards to not showing , rescheduling etc does it say a fee will be assessed. These clinic must not be doing too good if they are hell bent on sneaking in charges like that. The process to resolve this has been a nightmare.
Dr. Gabriel Ortiz at the Blanco Clinic has been my PCP for many years. He takes time to answer all my questions, never makes me feel rushed so he can get to the next patient, and has a great sense of humor. The front desk staff is friendly, efficient and welcoming. I appreciate them all.
Dr. Kristi Clark was my doctor for years until she was recognized for her outstanding service and now is the President & Vice Chair of the organization. Loved her so much! Dr. Kosmatka or Dr. K as we affectionately call him was my son’s doctor for years. We love him as well. Michael is now an Army man and we owe part of his success to all the years Dr. K gave great healthcare, advice and direction in how to live a healthy lifestyle.
